For our customers within the European Union we do provide with REACH registered products. Outside – such registration is normally not needed. When and where occasionally REACH is a must we do comply with the requirements of the particular customer.
How does GROUP BENUR GIDA SAN. guarantee the quality of the products we sell?
We do invest a vast amount of time to make sure that the customer will receive what he had paid for by checking the manufacturers closely, visiting them, etc. Also, we do work with most of them for many years already. In addition, we can organize upon request a 3rd party quality and quantity inspection.
What are the delivery terms that GROUP BENUR GIDA SAN can offer?
Most of the supplies we do are based on CFR or CIF terms. Within the EU normally we ship by trucks, so the term could be DDU/DDP. We have done also air deliveries which are based on CIP. In general, we are quite flexible.
What is the delivery time of your products?
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ for sea deliveries is usually one full container. Also, there are some products for which MOQ is 100 MT (please contact us for more detailed information). But for certain materials we can accept less container loads. For deliveries by land – we can do full truckloads and groupages as well.
Why can't I see wholesale pricing on the product pages?
Wholesale pricing varies depending on the quantity ordered, origin of the product and transport conditions /Incoterms/.
